Express viewer printing under ie 5.5 sp2

We are having problems printing using express viewer under ie 5.5sp2. The dwf files will not print. This is happening to various printers and administrators. Printing is done by clicking the express viewer print icon. Printing from within viewer express (not the within ie 5.5) works without problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

This should be in the new Express Viewer forum.
Many of us have mentioned this problem, but Autodesk says they can't reproduce
it. Please post again over there, and maybe we'll start getting some
action.

IE6 seems to fix a few problems related to IE5.5 usage.

I'm having the same problem, but it only occurs when viewing the drawings on our intranet. The drawings print fine when viewing on the Internet.

We have the same printing problem at our organization when trying to print from within the Internet Explorer Viewer over our Network. We have a Novell network installed, is that what you have running?

This has been a problem numerous users have reported, but
Autodesk says they can't reproduce it. It happens for us,
and I've even invited Autodesk up to take a look, (we're
only 5 minutes from Adesk H.Q.), but no response...

i do also have problems on a windows 2000 station, when printing a dwf under Internet explorer and using the print icon of the embed toolbar. The print functionality does work when using the menubar of my IE window!!
