EV problem

I have a client that is using EV to view DWF files. When he double clicks
on the file, EV opens, but does not open the file, it's a blank session of
EV. He then has to go to File => open to get the file open. Anyone know
what might be causing this?

In the registry , locate the following
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\ExpressViewer.exe\shell\open\command\"C:\Prog
ram Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Express Viewer\ExpressViewer.exe" "%1"

and change it to the following
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\ExpressViewer.exe\shell\open\command\"C:\Prog
ram Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Express Viewer\ExpressViewer.exe" %1

NOTE: The missing double quotes for %1.

Try doing a fix to window after opening the dwf. It sounds like the initial
view may be causing some problems.

I just went to the help menu, about and saw a update button. Seems you can
hit it and will automatically update EV.
