Where can I get a list of the embeded Express Viewer parameters? (the param
tag)

Patrick,

As per the documentation only the name SRC can go in the PARAM tag the rest
has to go in the url path itself.

backcolor, papervisible, toolbarvisible, layersoff, layerson,
notifymissingfonts, userinterfaceenabled, view, namedview, page

for ex:
http://mysite/tmp.dwf?layersoff=Border&toolbarvisible=false
