Zach,
Your question can be perceived for two situations:
1. A single DWF file with multiple sheets. Have a hyperlink to an entity
that refers to Layout1 or Layout2.
It should work............but unfortunately it doesn't.
2. Have two independent DWF files that are linked through hyperlinks.
This does work but the hyperlinked dwf file will be opened in a separate IE
and not within the same AEV.
