Cannot add EPlotCommon.dll file.

I'm using Visual studio2008 with x64bit machine.

I couldn't add EPlotCommon.dll  as a reference.

If I browse if to add them like this below massage pops up

'EPlotCommon.dll' could not be added. Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component.

Please help me.

In ADR 2011, 'EPlotCommon.dll' is not a valid COM component anymore.

Please do not add EPlotCommon.dll as a reference.
