Autodesk express runtime error

I am using autodesk express on a windows NT system with service pack 6a. Whenever I try and open a dwf file I get the following error:-

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Programms ...Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Express Viewer\Express\Viewer.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

Is this a known problem, and are there any fixes available for it ?

regards

Iain

The problem appears to come from a sheet/ page w/
either OLEs or Images?  I removed the one page that had that type of info
and I was able to open the DWF.

What do have on your's Iain?

Can you post the offending file to
customer-files?  I'll send it to our testers.

One of the fonts, "Mona Lisa Recut", is a
non-embeddable font.  AutoCAD shouldn't have embedded it, but regardless,
the viewer is not handling this case elegantly, as you have found.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We'll be sure to code for this scenario in the next viewer release.
