Another Hyperlink issue

I create iMove panorama (.pan) files from VIZ.

When I place a hyperlink in AutoCAD to a .pan file, the association of .pan
with the iMove viewer applet correctly opens the .pan file. But when a
create a .dwf file from the very same AutoCAD file, the .pan files are
opened with Internet Explorer as 360 deg flat images (.pan files are really
.jpg files underneath the hood, so I suspect that's the root of the
problem).

Does anyone know of a way to get around this? Odd that the same links work
in AutoCAD but not Express Viewer.

FYI, if I create an older .dwf that will open with VoloView, VoloView
correctly opens the link in the iMove viewer applet.
