Trandforming (Position and angle) of 40 objects.

I would like to know if there is a way of distributing objects (40 blades) a specific distance from the center (0,0,0) and the apropriate angle so it points to the center.

Any one have any idea how to do this in a repeatable way?

Have you tried out using Array? Use the polar setting of the command.
