How to save a drawing in Autocad LT 2009 to Autocad 2000 and "export" or "e-mai" it to a Microstation for use. I know some fonts and graphics may be off but that can be cleane up in Microstation.

Ask the person that has the full autocad version to do it, or you can download 2012 version and try it free for 30 days.
Do you know that Microstation can open .dwg ? may be you don't have to export to .dgn at all.

We did this a t fluor, Sometimes the fonts or gaphics did not align between Aotcad and Microstation, but the information was always there.

Ps, Thanks for your idea.
