Why I can't find the 2011 Autodesk Dwf Viewer Control in my Visual studio 2008

as the title, I can't find this ActiveX control in the VS2008 choose ITEM dialog? see the attachments.

 

I still can't find this ocntrol after  I re-installed design review 2011.

 

What wrong with it?

I cannot reproduce this issue on my side. However, you can have a try to select this ActiveX control from:

    [RELATED HDD]\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\DWF Common\AdView.dll

thanks! I got the reply from Autodesk ADN support, and they told me that ADR didn't support 64bit system. it's OK in 32bits system!

Hi Rick,

 

In 64 bit system, with setting targeting x86 platform for your solution, you can make your application work with Autodesk DWF Viewer control.
