Is there a way to update an old DWFx file having the old markups retain in the update DWFx file?

I have a DWFx file created from Revit. I provided markups/comments in all sheets. Then I want update the DWfx based on updated Revit model. Is there a way to retain or copy all markups/comments from old DWFx to the updated DWfx?

Thank you for your feedback.

The current Design Review product cannot retain or copy all markups/comments from old DWFx to the updated DWfx. I have recorded it in our feature tracking database, however, as this is a good idea.
