I downloaded Trueview.

I want to open a 2014 dwg drawing and convert it to 2000 

When I select the file type "all" and click on the dwg file I get the message drawing is not a DWF file.

So the program is a DWF viewer but when I downloaded it the file was called "trueview"

Is Trueviw part of DWF viewer, why does it not work with the file?
