Text Markup Resize and Wrap

Since upgrading to ADR 2012 when I edit a text markup the text will wrap onto another line.  When I try to change the size of the text box using the handles, the cursor change to the resize diagonal arrow but just stay as the crossed arrows so I can only move the markup and not change its size.  It was not this way in ADR 2011.  Any ideas??

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I can reproduce it and had log it on our server.

I have found a work-arround for this problem. In the Markup & Measure tab of the ribbon, there is a check box for "No Border". To re-size a text markup, select the markup, un-check the No Border box, drag the markup text box to the desired size and re-check the No Border box. The text shifts slightly when the border is on, so you will have to experiment to get the desired final size. Hope this helps in the meantime while this issue is being addressed.
