problem printing in design review 2012 and 2013 too

Godd Morning, I've a big problem. On my workstation design review 2012 freeze when I print a big .dwf file on a OKI laser printer. Whit a .dwf file light ( minor of 1Mb) all works fine. So I've generated some .dwf file over 4 Mb, Design Review opens it, visualize correctly, but I can't print.

I've tried with the 2013 version too, but the problem persist. In this version I can launch the print command, print windows open, but preview window is grey. Finally, when I push OK, the application lock.

Any suggestion?

My SO is Windows 7 x64, just installed. On Windows xp x86 ADR 2012 was print ok.

Is there anybody can print a .dwf generated from inventor over 3 Mb?

Today I've installed Design review 2012 on a computer with XP Pro x86 and it works well... next step is trying with Windows 7 x64 in XP mode. Is there in discussion group anybody of Autodesk development team or ADR support?
