Printer not available for printing

One of my users is trying to print a DWF to a PDF. Every time he tries to do this, he recieves the following error

"Printer not availalable for printing"

We can print PDFs directly from AutoCAD 2010 but not from Autodesk Design Review 2010.
I have applied both hotfixes to the compute, but this does not resolve the issue. I have confirmed multiple times the PDF printing is working properly.

Please provide any assistance possible.

This is the same PC with the ADR print problem? If not, then it makes no
difference you can print from other PCs.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

If your system is 64bit version, it's probably a compatibility issue for printing a document in a 32bit application on a computer that is running a 64bit version of Windows. Please install this Microsoft service pack and try again.
