Plotting Configuaterion

I was wondering if anyone is having problems with Plotting. A client we have keeps saying that Composer wont let him plot out his sheet in the correct orientation. It keeps plotting the drawing in tile mode. Anyone got any ideas? Here is his plotter information. HP Design Jet 430 plotter Any help would be awesome!!! Mark

In Composer if you choose to set a scale factor instead of Best Fit there is 2 options "Tile Drwing" or "Clip Drawing". Try the "Clip Drawing" instead. -- Rodney McManamy President CADzation ------------------------- rmcmanamy@cadzation.com ------------------------- 518 South Route 31 Suite 200 McHenry, IL 60050 www.cadzation.com Providing Industrial Strength PDF & DWF Solutions to the Global CAD Marketplace. I figured out the problem. He was trying to add a Architectural size sheet. So he had to set all his properties up. Print a test page. Keep composer open and issue the Print again. Then his sheets appeared in the dialog box? Anyone else get this? Mark, there's a known defect with Composer (and DWF Viewer) and the print dialog box. If the user adds additional sheets to use during printing, they must first either print a test sheet or (to save paper and ink) select View Tiles. Then the next time they come back to the print dialog box the newly added sheets will be displayed. This has to be done each time Composer is used. To work around this, have the user set his plotter up with these additional sheets in the system's printer settings.
