and it seems like this is still an issue in version 2012 and 2013 (though 2011 seems ok on at least one of our workstations)
Has anyone else seen this problem?
Baiscally the paper sizes you choose in your printer driver (like the Architectural sizes) do not end up showing in the Design Review print dialog once you click OK in the Driver dialog.
