is there a way that when I open the DWF in Design Review the model is not in the screen view. I have to hit the home button to see a portion of the model to be able to drag the model in ful view of the screen.
You can't/don't: that's controlled duing the DWF creation (that person did not center the image on their screen when they created the DWF). You need a new DWF.
