Thank you for your question.

Please do the following steps to help you change markups status:

1.Open the DWF/DWFx file in Autodesk Design Review.

2.Make sure the Markup Properties Palette is shown:Home tab->Workspace panel->Show/Hide Palettes->Check on Markup Properties checkbox.

3.Choose the markups which you hope to change status.

4.Navigate to the Markup Properties palette on the left side of Canvas.Click the Status drop-down button to change the Markups' status.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

What I meant is to change the default "status colors". For instance, the default color for DONE is yellow, what if I want it to be of different color?

Thank you for your feedback.

Current ADR cannot change the default color of markup status.

I have added a whishlist for your request to our defect database, and it will be considered for possible inclusion in future releases.

Your patience and support is appreciated.

I second the motion to add that to the wishlist.  Our company has very specific colors to be used for checking off a comment.
