Markup in Full Screen mode?

Is it possible to produce markups in Full Screen mode?

Thank you for your feedback.

 

You can use markups' shortcut key to add markups in Full Screen mode.

In Ribbon mode, move you mouse on the markup button and stay for a while, you will see the markup's shortcut for each.
