Mark up DWG's

Can I install Design Review on non-cad users machines to make markups on drawings and to take measurements? Or do they need DWG true view?

They need Trueview because that is what is used to convert DWGs to DWFs so
ADR can mark up th file. If you don't want to install Trueview then the
files need to be plotted/published to DWF first.

Each product needs to be downloaded/installed seprately.
However, I do wish they were all packed together in one download/install.

Well it seems that in typical autodesk marketing, the product was completely oversold!!!

I understand the convenience of one download and one install; however, if
you are only interested in marking up DWF files, why would you want an extra
100MB of download? The applications are separate for a reason.
