launching a DWF from IE8 - toolbaars missing

Hi,

 

First time launching a DWF from IE8 I get the ‘Home’, ‘Markup’ and tools toolbar

You can also right click and control the ribbons

But on Second time launching the same DWF file in ie8 the toolbar disappears. Right click is not active

If you close IE8 and launch a DWF then the toolbar comes back. But when you launch a second time it disappears again.

 

Can somebody please help me as soon as possible. As their is an urget requirement for resolving this issue.
