IMHO it really is a different tool. It focuses on DWF and specializes in
getting the markups back into AutoCAD. There's a whole implied review cycle
involving AutoCAD and Composer. Composer also lets you combine documents
into one DWF. I think the upgrade pricing deal on Composer is really based
on the fact that Autodesk wants to recognize and "give credit" to loyal
users who have purchased Volo. It's as if they are giving them full credit
for Volo when buying Composer. In that regard, these users got Volo for
free.
