Is ADR 2010 still available for download?

I've implemented checking and approval of drawings/models via ADR within our design office, but our site office has PC hardware provided and maintained by our client with a very 'tight' IT department (civil nuclear).  They have Internet Explorer 6.0, and cannot (or will not) upgrade, which as I understand it prevents us installing ADR 2011.

Is it still possible to download ADR 2010, is so can someone please advise the download URL?

Many thanks
