Heres how to view files locally when without interent connection. While at the office, or somewhere else with connection, view (open) the files from Autodesk 360 that you wish to have while at the jobsite. Make sure to open ALL files, even each individual ones within a single dwf file. Once this is done, they are saved under recent documents in Design Review Mobile. That is the only way, at this time, that I know of saving files locally.
