I/O Error Signing Document when try to sign a DWFX with ADR 2011 and 2012

Hi...

I'm having problem when I try to sign a plan with ADR 2011 and 2012 versions....I'm a new user with this program and I had never used the digital signature....when I try to sign the dwfx the I/O error signing document message appear....I already use the digital signature with other applications such as Adobe Acrobat with no prolems....but with ADR I had not succeded...Please help!!!!

Please confirm if your current computer user name contains dot ('.'). If yes, it's a known issue and we will consider fixing it in a future release.

Thanks for reply...the answer is NO...my computer name doesn't have ".".....please help me with this situation....

I said "user name" but not "computer name". Please go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Manage User Account to confirm your current "User Name" again.

thanks...that was my case... but I changed my username and still got the same situation....for a moment think that was the solution but NO....Please help!

Are all DWFx files have this issue, OR just some special files? If only special files have this issue , please attach a test file for us to investigate.

Did you have a try on another machine?
