When mouse is moved on a drawing graphics, trace of lines can sometimes be seen over the trajectory of the mouse. It happens with some of our clients. See attached file.
Does anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks.
The PC graphics card is being overwhelmed by the program. Windows OS version? ADR version? Desktop or laptop? DirectX version being used?
ADR development stopped a few years back, so there is no active modifications to the progrram taking place at Autodesk. Solutions need to come from ouside the program.
