Falha Instalação Autodesk Design Review 2012

Ao iniciar a instalação do ADR 2012 aparece a seguinte falha: "The following failed to install: Visual Studio 2005 SP1 C++ Runtime (0x2: Failed downloading component.) Qual procedimento devo tomar?
