I am having problems when embedding DWF image to MS Word. I edit the image not to show canvas background, but it will not always remain off. And when I succeed, another top horizontal line appears. Lastly, if I rescale the border in Word, the DWF image crashes. All hotfixes are installed, yet problem persist. I am using the drag and drop process from windows explorer to MS Word.
Can anyone help!
Thank you for your question, Mario.
This is a known issue. Indeed you can also change the background color to what you want through application option. Please follow these steps to change your canvas or background color.
1. Activate your DWF within MS WORD by double click that image.
2. Right click on canvas and click 'Options...' button from context menu.
3. On 'General' tab, you can click the color button on the right of 'Canvas Color', like white.
4. Click OK then deactivate this DWF and return to that image.
Please let me know if this can be of help.
Thank you for responding.
I have tried your suggestion before with canvas background changes in both MS Word and Design Review, but was not succesfull. I am attaching files with similar problems. I must point out that the problem occurs if we try to capture the entire layout (what we want), and not if we capture a zoom area.
Do you mean you want to remove the shadow part?
ADR does not support visibility setting of this feature you requested at present. I have logged a wishlist in Autodesk database.
Please let me know if you have any further question.
