When attempting to download Design Review the following message appears.

'Installation failed.  Please check your internet connection and try again.  The following failed to install: Autodesk Design Review 2013 (0x2: Failed downloading component.)

My internet is working just fine and our IT department was stumped by this as well.

Help please!

Your title says AutoCAD LT2012.
The body of your question says ADR 2013.
Which is it?

The error message simply means the download in not complete. Start over might be all you need to do.

Sorry - ADR 2013.  We have attempted many different times with the same result.  The only one that will actually download is the Russian version...

Welcome to the community Anne!

Have you tried downloading ADR as a deployment?

Are you using the download manager (it sometimes does not work), or the webbrowser download option (works best in IE9 I believe)?

I have seen that error multiple times in the last 2 weeks as I've been trying to get some of my ends users setup to view DWF files.  It is very annoying.

The works arounds that I've found

For the browser add on:

http://http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=14683283&linkID=9338138

For the program install, I've had better luick with the MSI install here:
