When using Design Review 2013 everytime I click the menu/file button it crashes. I've tried re-installing and that hasn't done anything, I'm currently having to use 2012 instead. Any fix for this?
Yes, the button with the big D. I just called it the file/menu button as that's usally where file is
"Open and Save" tab doesn't exist when you go to "Options" in Design Review

Autodesk please give an answer to this question why does Design Review Crash When the D in the upper left hand corner is selected. Are there any workarounds. This happens all the time and users are losing work in Design Review every time this happens and they can't save there work.

I'm using both ADR 2013 / 2018. Which both of them having the same problem which is not being able to select the top left D menu.

I'm currently using windows 10.
The issue at first is at 2013 which I have given up on and came here,
then I found out 2018 is out so I downloaded it but to no avail. same problem and everything.
So I have both 2017 and 2018 on different systems and I'm not sure I'm following your issue.

By the way, currently now the error has not surface after installing the hotfix for ADR 2018.

I have the same issue but only started recently in last 3-4 weeks yet I've used version 2016 for 5 months prior without issue. I can open files only through windows explorer and can view, pan, zoom, markup. But once I click the file menu "D" button then instant crash and error report. Nothing ever happens with error report so I'm trying this now. I don't see any responses from Autodesk on most forum topics so I think this is a waste of time too.
