Design Review 2011 won't get past C++ download

I have tried on multiple computers but get the error that the installation has failed to download. It starts at "Preparing to Install" then sits there for about 2 hours then I get the error message "The following failed to install: Visual Studio 2008 C++ Runtime (0x0: Internal error)". I have attached a screen shot of the error. I have several corporate users that were prompted to upgrade to 2011 and now they can't use the program at all. I have tried uninstalling everything, deleting program files, even starting from a brand new image and nothing is working. HELP!!

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Please download and install the VS 2008 C++ runtime redistributable package manually from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2051a0c1-c9b5-4b0a-a8f5-770a...

Then try installing Design Review 2011 with the web installer.

Please reply back if there is any further question.

I also have the same issue. I followed your directions about downloading and installing http://65.55.87.8:80/download/9/7/7/977B481A-7BA6-4E30-AC40-ED51EB2028F2/vcredist_x86.exe but the problem persist.

What other options do we have????
