Change markup settings (font/colour) programmatically

Hi

I want to programmatically change the markup drawing settings. 

I realise I can do this through editting woof_toolformats.xml, however this only effects it if I edit it before loading up Design Review.

Is it possible to force Design Review to re-read woof_toolformats.xml without closing and opening it? I am using the API and there doesn't appear to be any methods to do with markup drawing options.

Autodesk Design Review currently does not support this API.
