Can't open DWF file by double-click, ADR 2011

In ADR 2011, we are no longer able to open DWF files by double-clicking on the file. Does anyone have a fix? (Running Win 7)

You can try below soluion steps to see whether is helps:
1. Uninstall Design Review via Add/Remove Programs
2. Delete this entire folder:C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Design Review

3. Delete this entire folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\DWF Common

4. Delete your user preferences file:
 C:\Users\[current user]\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Design Review\11.0\userdata on Win7

5. Install Design Review again.

Me as well. We convert our Revit model to dwf file but we cannot open using ADR.

ADR version 2018 is the current version and is a lot newer than ADR2011: it might be the fix you seek.
