AutoDESK Design Review 2008 - Cant install

WP Pro - 2 GIG Ram - Cant install this program.
Get Error Box:
Error 2738. Could not access VBScript run time for custom action......

Hi all,

By default, the command prompt in Vista does not have admin privileges enabled (which probably explains the cryptic error that a number of users are seeing when trying to manually register the vbscript.dll.) To work around this, try running the command prompt with administrator privileges by right-clicking on the Command Prompt icon (in the Start menu > Accessories folder) and choose the "Run as administrator" option. From here, manually register the dll by entering the command: regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\vbscript.dll.
