AutoCAD Publishing C# API - Design Review 2009 C# API

Hi,
I am using the the C# Publishing API of AutoCAD 2008 / 2009 and the C# API of Design Review 2008 / 2009.
I have the following questions:

1.
How can I define a structure for the Model-Tree in the Model Window-Tree of DR from the AutoCAD publishing API ?
2.
How can I define the Label names of the Model-Tree Nodes in the Model Window-Tree of DR from the AutoCAD publishing API ?
3.
How can I publish Metadata to the Grid- and Text Data window of Design Review ?
4.
Is it somewhere documented what Features of Design Review can be programatically accessed and defined from the AutoCAD publishing C# API ?
5.
Is it possible to access and change at Runtime the color of the objects in DR using the C# API ?
