You have a DWG file from AutoCAD 2005. It can be loaded into the free
Autodesk DWG TrueView 2007. It is available for download at
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=8077853. Once you
have that, you will want to make some changes to improve your precision. You
probably want to pick a large paper size and scale the model to that to give
your model some room to breathe:
http://dwf.blogs.com/beyond_the_paper/2006/12/common_dwf_publ.html. You may
also want to check your pen widths to make sure they are not too wide:
http://dwf.blogs.com/beyond_the_paper/2006/12/common_dwf_publ_1.html. Once
you have adjusted the page setup of your DWG using Autodesk DWG TrueView,
you would then publish a new DWF. The DWF will then be viewable in Autodesk
Design Review and look better.
