ADR2012 - Hyperlink sends Url twice, Hyperlink to small

We are using Design Review2012 in our web application and came across the following issue: when a hyperlink is selected in a dwf, the viewer sends the url request twice to the web server (as if the user has clicked two times). Is it possible to make DwfViewerDesign Review behave like the good old WhipViewer 4 (meaning sending only one request)?

PS: it's the same issue as described here. I sent a mail with a sample to Mr. Schmier on 2006-04-25. Looks like a tough issue...

I tried your file in ADR 2012, but only displayed one IE window once clicking the URL.

Could you please try this issue only in ADR 2012?
