ADR requires Trueview error

I have ADR 2013 and TrueView 2014 installed. When I try and open a drawing in ADR I get an error message


"Opening DWG files in Design Review requires the latest version of the free DWG TrueView program to be installed"


I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and tried every permutation I can think of.


Can anyone help?


I've seen other postings with the same problem but no solution.

Start ADR, open then close a DWG file.
Check to ensure Windows Explorer now assigns all DWGs to ADR.
Try it again.
