ADR Browser plugin not displaying model

Hello,

I've got a small colletion of 3D models of vaults which I put on th web. The models are dwfx files and should be viewed directly from the webpage via an iframe using DesignReview. It's working fine on my computer, but one user complained, that he couldn't see the model at all, an that there is only an inactive/blank ADR toolbar at the top. Since it was working fine last week I sugested he should try to reinstall hist ADR, but it didn't help. He uses IE.

Have any of you encountered a similar problem?
