ADR-2013 not possible to reinstall after uninstall ADR-2013

I had ADR 2013 installed on my win 7 systeem on the C drive and it worked fine.

I want it on the D drive so i moved the files to the D drive (not smart).

After that it worked not any more.

I uninstall it with windows uninstall and removed the folders on the C en D drive.

When i download the ADR 2013 again the message is that ADR 2013 is already installed (is not).

Only the add-on is reinstalled.

So how can i manually uninstall ADR completely.

I tried with the steps in the ADR 2011-suggested fixes for installation-Related Issuess.

Only the folder in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\INSTALLALER\PRODUCTS\ is ofcourse or the 2013 not mentioned.
