ADR 2012

I am using ADR to review and mark-up shop drawings submitted in PDF format.  Following the mark-up, I want to convert back to PDF.  In ADR2011 I used A PDF printing software (PDF995) which worked well. 

In ADR 2012 the printed file shrinks the original PDF to 25% but leaves my markups in their original location on the sheet.  This only appears to be an issue with ADR 2012.

Is ther another method to convert from DWFX to PDF?
