ADR 2011 Not showing all drawings

Installing ADR 2011 on T500 laptops and the install goes fine. Can open all drawings in Trueview just fine but if I open in Design Review some drawings show up, others do not, and some don't look right.

Anything people can suggest because I need this working ASAP.

Is there any way to find out if there is a timeline on either a reply or fix?

I have a project on hold because of this and I really need an answer to this problem.

If it is possible, you can install the AutoCAD 2011, then open the DWG file into ADR, there is not this problem.

That's not really possible because we have ADR 2011 on a bunch of laptops that are going out to the field. They are not powerful enough to run something like Autocad.

All they are meant to do is redlining drawings to give us the changes.
