ADR 2009 script error

I have just installed ADR 2009 and when I try to open any DWF's, I get a script error with the following details:-

Line:10
Char: 5
Error: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class
Code:0
URL: file://C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Design Review\EComposite\navpane_exe.htm

I have tried reinstalling (as local m/c admin) with no success. I am using XP Pro SP1 and IE6 SP1

Can anyone offer any advice?

Windows XP SP2 is recommended. What is holding you back on SP1?

I will get them to install SP2.

To follow up, I have had IT install SP2 and ADR 2009 runs fine now.
