3D DWF file from MEP

Have a 10mb 3D DWF file that I created using AutoCAD MEP 2011. There are no issues opening the file on my system (Win7 64bit, 6GB RAM, Quadro FX 1700). The problem is when someone using a computer running WinXP 32bit can't open the file. Design Review can open 2D files just fine, but when opening a 3D file it crashes. I've changed the driver under the Model tab to Software (OpenGL) and the file opens. Tho it's unuseable because it takes so long to rotate the view. After the file is open, I can switch it back to Direct 3D and view the file just fine. Close and reopen and it crashes again. I've updated the graphic drivers on the system, but it didn't help.

Has anyone else have this issue or any ideas?

Did you update the drivers via http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

I had the same problem before and that helped.
