Zoom level affects selection

I am not sure if this is intended or not, but I don't think so.  I sketched some text (OpenText), and then exploded it into curves, like this:

If I left -> right drag select, I get this...note that I have highlighted in yellow some sections that decided to not get selected:

That should not happen....the selection box I dragged around the entities should select everything under the selection box, not "only the larger things".  Note that if I zoom in, and do the same selection, everything gets selected:

Ideas?

you are right, that is not the way it's supposed to work.  We'll look into it.

One thing that might help us: What font did you use for the text?

I get that on pretty much all fonts...here is an example of Arial:

Hiya...any word on this?  I see that it affects others as well!  If you look at Curtis' screencast on engraving, at the 6:00 mark, you can see him try to window drag select, and not everything is selected...I can't see where to open a bug on this, but it heartens me that others see it too!

If there is a place to report a bug, I would happily do so.

Thanks, there has been a bug filed on this:  UP-16825 is the internal tracking number.  We hope to fix it as soon as possible.
