Why is it not sometimes not possible to delete files, even if those files are not used in another design.

Hi,

Were these files ever inserted into another design, or was a drawing made from them?

Thanks,

Hi,

that got me thinking and I found the (i) Infobutton and the parent drawing.

There is one file (one of my first designs) however that keep crashing Fusion while opening and I can't delete it.

It would be cool, if it were possible to force an delete.

Thanks,

Tobias

I would very much like to help here. There are a couple things going on.

First: any repeatable crash can be fixed. So I would like to get access to the model.

Second: I can help you figure out where the file is referenced and try to get it deleted.

Third: I don't see any recent CER reports from you related to this. Are you getting the usual CER form to fill out when you crash?

In order to investigate further, I need access to your data.

Can you invite me to the project?

Thanks,

I just send a report

Where can I find your e-mail-adress or is there another way to add you too the project?

Thanks,

Tobias

I wonder why its not possible to delete old versions of a design ?

If that was possible, one self could just remove previous versions of assemblies, and thus remove such old references.

....problem solved.
