I made changes to the Purchase Order template, but they do not show up when I preview a PO. I tried first in C:\Program Files\Constructware SQL\Templates. It did not recognize the changes. Then I went to Tools/Maintenance/Purchase Order Templates and selected a copy that I had placed on a network drive. It not recognize that one either. Where is it getting it from?
Did you download an existing template from Maintenance/Data Maintenance/Document Templates, update it, and load it back in at the same location?
Once you do that, you should be able to preview the document from the Document Templates module or the PO module after you select the template and save.
