Exporting RFI Log ... but questions and answers are truncated

I need to export the RFI log but on the custom reports the fields are truncated to 256 characters.  

 

Constructware's standard reports exports do not truncate.  But are not arranged in a format (tabular) that I can import into the DB I am working with.

 

Does anyone happen to know a way to export the full contents of fields, but also to maintain a structure that is friendly for import into a DB.
