Error on upload

Hi All,

I'm trying to load some client data to configurator360 to test its effectivness with their iLogic data.  I thought I'd start with a single part file, but when its uploaded the administrator list shows the error: Failed to check the saved software version.

The file had been created in 2015 so not sure why its not picking it up correctly.  I've attempted to rebuild the file on several machines using task scheduler with no luck.  I'm open to any suggestions if anyone else has some?

Thanks

Chris

This is a poor error message on our side.  It means we got some kind of error while trying to determine the version, so it doesn't tell you what the problem is.

Can you send the file to us?  Send it to configurator360.support@autodesk.com
